Patti was the first horse I ever made. She was born after I read "Just Kids" by Patti Smith, a book that lit a fire in me. Patti (the horse) is a tribute to the kind of raw, fearless artistry that Patti (the person) embodies. This piece marked the true beginning of my horse art journey.
