Return & Refund Policy

I want you to absolutely love your Horse Party items.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for the following situations:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with print or quality issues

  • Incorrect item received

To start a return, email me at lela@horseparty.online within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Size exchanges (since all items are made-to-order and no inventory is kept)

Refunds
Once your return is approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Return Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect orders, return shipping is covered.
For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
