All orders are made-to-order through a professional fulfillment partner. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on order volume.

International Shipping: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Horse Party uses simple, predictable shipping rates:

United States

• $5.00 for the first item

• $2.50 for each additional item

• FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 (automatically applied at checkout)

International

• $20.00 for the first item

• $5.00 for each additional item

• Free shipping does not apply to international orders

Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with the carrier first. After that, email me at lela@horseparty.online, and I’ll help you figure out the next steps.
